Top 100 Tutorials of 2008

best-of-20083

Happy New Year!  Here’s a list of free tutorials and craft projects from 2008 to inspire you to create something in 2009.  Projects pictured above noted with asterisks in the list below.

I’ve sorted the tutorials by category to help make some sense of this list, but otherwise they are in no particular order.  I’ve tried to include all of my favorite blogs and tutorials from the past year, but I’m sure that I’ve made some omissions. There are many sewing tutorials, plus lots of other crafty projects. So go make something!

Thanks to CraftWhip UpDesign SpongeSew Mama Sew and TipNut for pointing me to some of these great projects.

  5. That one is not actually a tutorial, but she seems to give enough information about the project that you could maybe figure it out? I haven’t tried it. There were a couple of projects that are not technically tutorials, but I felt were great inspiration and needed to be included.

  9. I’ve just looked through your list of things to do. I saw the birdie ornaments and would like to make some for Christmas. I would like to start a collection for my 2 year old grandson to have for his tree with his family when he gros w up. I lack creative imagination. is it possible to get a printable pattern for the birdies.
